Download Realtek AC’97 Audio Driver
Now I foxonn have to spend the rest of the day fixing this instead of working. I’ve tried hardware acceleration changes for audio and I’m using the most current Direct X uadio. By the way I found Non-beta 64 bit drivers for it, but they may just be the 64 bit beta drivers in disguise, I haven’t checked yet. I see your motherboard has nForce chipsets so maybe there is a Foxconn Sata controller driver issue there.
Sort Date Most helpful Positive rating Negative rating. There was no difference between the sound card I tried and the on-board Realtek AC’97 with the stuttering audo to be fair, the sound card is an older pci card – Soundblaster Live!
Pros Worked great when I spent hours on other website failures. I have re-installed my operating system 4 times now and even fodconn using the Standard PC installation, though the stuttering continued. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums–revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.

Please remember to be considerate of other members. I was using an external sound card foxcobn test that out and it was stuttering without any chipset drivers or audio drivers being installed. It indicates that the kernel is down and the InstallSheild could not remove!!

I have a motherboard with VIA chipsets and the Asus manufacturer has reported that due to many people having had audio studdering problems have found the solution and will be issuing new Sata Raid drivers at the end of this month.
I don’t think the problem tealtek specifically the Sound Blaster Live! Physically my motherboard looks picture-perfect and the audio areas of eealtek board look to be in perfect condition.

The audio is experiencing stuttering sounds on a 5 – 20 minute basis, with worse stuttering during games. It also occured to me that as I purchased the system as a build I put the OS in myself the BIOS was set to auduo settings and was probably using some kind of cooling system.
The newest drivers have improved it but only slightly. Reaotek, you need to refuse several offers of crapware at installation, but it was worth it! Track this discussion and email me when there are updates.
I put jumper pins in the correct positions to disable the front audio panel, hoping that by making audio exclusive to the rear panel that it would stop the stuttering.
